My elders had been involved in politics in the past but are no longer associated. Being an inquisitive kid, I used to ask them about such experiences and question about the national political events. The answer I received was always that I’m too small to understand, let it go. I was too intimidated to ask my teachers in school or anyone beyond family. But I wanted to grow out of their shadow and expand my knowledge on the matter.
