Strengthen The Role of The President

The research based at the Office of the President focused on identifying areas and their problems that needed to be addressed in order to increase the efficiency of the Office of the President. The paper presents two recommendations – the first based on comparative study of maker, the unicameral body of 601 members of 2nd Nepalese Constituent Assembly, constitutions of randomly selected six countries. Likewise, the second segment of the paper directs to an area of improvement, through management point of view, in the Office of the President based on the SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat) Analysis and informational and observation gathered during three-month fellowship at the Office of the President.
